Her journey began with yoga as a healing balm for both mind and body, coming from a background in competitive sports. She brings a blend of science and soul to her sessions, thanks to her degree in Sport and Exercise. Mia’s passion for creating an inclusive, welcoming space makes her classes accessible and uplifting for all.

Emma Lane is a vibrant movement enthusiast with a deep passion for helping others find strength, balance, and joy through movement. As a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and group fitness coach, Emma thrives on guiding her clients toward long-term health and vitality.
With a background as a professional dancer, Emma has cultivated a profound understanding of the human body and the power of core strength. This expertise shapes her approach to training, focusing on longevity, functionality, and helping clients feel their absolute best—inside and out.
A true sun worshipper, Emma spends her free time outdoors, soaking up the elements through running, swimming, surfing, or walking along the coast. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she pairs her love of movement with a passion for nutrition, inspiring her clients to fuel their bodies for energy and balance.
